The problem

Pallets go missing between receiving and the picking face. Lifts sit idle on the far side of the building because ops can’t see where they are. Legacy RFID coverage is patchy and expensive to extend.

What we built

Ceiling-mounted Echolo gateways covering the full warehouse footprint, BLE tags on pallets and lifts, and the same Fleet app re-skinned with warehouse-specific overlays (bays, docks, staging lanes).

The outcome

Pickers find what they need faster. Lift utilization visible in real time. Inventory reconciliation is now continuous, not a quarterly audit.
