Environmental + occupancy sensors wired into a custom dashboard. HVAC, air quality, and room utilization for facilities teams.

The problem

A commercial building operator wanted real-time insight into how their floors were actually being used: HVAC runtimes, CO₂ levels, occupancy by conference room — without ripping and replacing the BMS.

What we built

Sensor nodes deployed per-zone, backhauled over LoRaWAN to a building-local gateway. A custom ingestion service normalized readings from three different sensor vendors into one schema, and a bespoke dashboard surfaced the data to facilities managers.

The outcome

Facilities teams now spot HVAC waste in under a day instead of waiting for quarterly bills. Room-booking policy updated based on actual usage, not guesswork.
