Built by engineers, not a growth team.

Echolo is a small shop that ships IoT systems end-to-end — from the tag on the equipment to the chart on your screen. No offshore teams, no sales floor, no "innovation lab."

Why we exist

Echolo started because the same problem kept showing up on every IoT project: someone had to write the middleware that let physical things talk to the cloud. The sensors existed. The dashboards existed. The glue between them didn't.

So we wrote the glue once, built a platform around it, and pointed it at the hardest version of the problem — fleet telemetry for equipment that doesn't want to be tracked.

That's still what we do. We own the stack top to bottom: firmware on the tag, ingestion in the cloud, the dashboard your ops team logs into at 6am. When something breaks, there's one phone number to call.

How we work

Four things we actually care about.

01

Ship working things.

A prototype that someone is actually using beats a perfect architecture that ships next quarter. We'd rather field a scrappy v1 and learn.

02

Specific over sweeping.

Numbers, nouns, verbs. 'Tracks skid-steers across 3 yards' beats 'end-to-end IoT solutions.' If we can't say it concretely, we don't understand it yet.

03

Constraints are trust signals.

Saying what we won't do is more useful than listing everything we could. A short sentence about a real limitation beats a paragraph of marketing polish.

04

Own the stack.

When the pipeline goes down at 2am, we debug it. Not a vendor. Not a middleware SKU. That's how we keep improvement loops tight.

Constraints

What we won't do.

A shorter list than what we will. These are the kinds of trade-offs that most vendors soften in their contracts, so we're putting them on the website in plain English.

  • We don't resell your data.

Your fleet's telemetry is yours. We don't aggregate it into an index, sell it to an insurer, or quietly feed it into a 'benchmark.'

  • We don't lock you in.

Everything you put into Echolo comes back out — raw, structured, and documented. Cancel tomorrow if you want. We'll give you your data.

  • We don't fake a dashboard.

If a metric shows a number, that number is measured — not a lookup or a hardcoded placeholder. We'd rather show nothing than show a lie.

  • We don't pad the team.

No SDRs. No channel partners. If you talk to Echolo, you're talking to someone who can write code on the system you're buying.

A small team of engineers.

No growth floor. No channel partners.

Echolo is run by the people writing the code. Between us we've spent years being the "person who ends up owning the IoT integration" on other companies' projects — Echolo exists so those integrations can be a product instead of a bespoke build every time.

One of our founders came up as a US Air Force structural engineer — the job was building things that had to stand up the first time, in conditions that don't forgive shortcuts. That instinct shows in how Echolo ships: own the hardware, own the firmware, own the failure modes. No middleware in the gaps.

Someone on our team reads every email. Someone on our team picks up the phone. Someone on our team deploys the firmware. If you'd rather talk to a salesperson, Echolo is probably not the right fit.
